About TLM
History
Tanaoba Lais Manekat Foundation (TLM) was established by the Evangelical Protestant Church of Timor (Gereja Masehi Injili Timor – GMIT) in January 1995 as a non-government organisation. It was created to support local communities through the provision of business creation and related services within the province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). This province has the least favorable social and economic statistics of all the 33 Indonesian provinces.
TLM Vision and Mission
The Vision of TLM is “To become a trusted, professional and strong organization that cares for poor people"
TLM’s mission is: “To show the love of God to the world by empowering poor people, micro and small entrepreneurs in Indonesia to improve their living standard.”
TLM’s Objectives
TLM’s objective is to have an integrated operation that will provide a wide range of services to improve the lives of people living in poverty in NTT and eastern Indonesia.
Where is TLM?
TLM’s Head Office is based in Kupang, on the island of West Timor, Indonesia.
Kupang is the capital city of East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT).
